Lead manufacturing technology strategy and execution as the liaison between manufacturing and corporate IT. Drive modernization, documentation, architecture, integrations, and vendor coordination while ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and enterprise standards. Provide hands-on technical leadership, project delivery, and operational support to reduce risk and improve long-term supportability.

Design and deliver AI-enabled features for web workflow applications using LLMs and agentic patterns. Build POCs and production-ready RAG pipelines, implement orchestration frameworks, integrate LLM APIs, establish observability and guardrails, maintain full-stack apps, participate in CI/CD and code reviews, and document technical implementations.

Coordinate secure transport, handling, and accountability of classified and sensitive materials; maintain chain-of-custody and operational documentation; manage routing, dispatch, tracking, and reporting; interface with Government and security stakeholders; support operational planning, inventory and GFE accountability; respond to surge or contingency operations while ensuring compliance with security and transportation procedures.
