Own and grow Walmart D82/D92 and Lidl accounts, drive sales, distribution, pricing, promotions and forecasting. Manage Retail Link operations, analytics, trade spend, PO execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Regular Bentonville travel and leadership in account reviews, QBRs, and Walmart-specific retail strategy.

Lead R&D technical strategy and commercialization across multiple manufacturing sites and co-manufacturers. Drive process improvements, plant trials, validations, and quality/cost optimization. Build and coach an R&D team, manage cross-functional initiatives, and solve plant-level manufacturing challenges to improve yield, throughput, and product consistency.

Own operational account activities for Target and Aldi including forecasting, PO execution, portal/catalog management (POL), replenishment/WOS monitoring, data pulls and analysis (Target POL, SPINS), promotional/display submissions, weekly recaps, and cross-functional collaboration with analytics, operations, marketing, and accounts receivable to support sales growth and issue resolution.
