Lead R&D technical strategy and commercialization across multiple manufacturing sites and co-manufacturers. Drive process improvements, plant trials, validations, and quality/cost optimization. Build and coach an R&D team, manage cross-functional initiatives, and solve plant-level manufacturing challenges to improve yield, throughput, and product consistency.

Own operational account activities for Target and Aldi including forecasting, PO execution, portal/catalog management (POL), replenishment/WOS monitoring, data pulls and analysis (Target POL, SPINS), promotional/display submissions, weekly recaps, and cross-functional collaboration with analytics, operations, marketing, and accounts receivable to support sales growth and issue resolution.

Build and validate data-driven demand forecasts by reconciling POS, shipments, promotions, distribution, and inventory. Own forecast accuracy reporting (MAPE/bias), maintain override logs and BAT documentation, administer demand planning systems (Vividly/Atomic), ensure data integrity across downstream systems, and support S&OP/Demand Review with cross-functional stakeholders to produce an unbiased consensus demand plan.
