Lead the Walnut Creek commercial insurance underwriting portfolio (~$200M+ GWP), owning P&L, underwriting strategy, portfolio growth and retention across Technology, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Food. Develop territory and distribution strategies, drive new business and cross-sell with specialty partners, ensure underwriting quality and governance, and manage a team of underwriters while partnering with regional leadership, HR, and brokers. Regular travel across the Bay Area, Central Valley, and Sacramento.

The Administrative Assistant supports executives by managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements, among other administrative tasks.
