Teams at Chubb

Leads community resilience projects from scoping through implementation and evaluation. Assesses natural-hazard risks, building and infrastructure conditions, and mitigation opportunities; translates technical and analytical findings into practical recommendations. Coordinates internal teams, consultants, governments, utilities, and community partners while managing schedules, budgets, scopes, and deliverables. Connects resilience measures to property damage, insurance losses, underwriting, and insurability outcomes, and develops reports, maps, metrics, and repeatable approaches.

Provides senior engineering leadership for community-scale climate resilience. Assesses building, infrastructure, and natural-hazard vulnerabilities; develops performance-based mitigation recommendations; translates physical risk into modeling assumptions and insurance criteria; evaluates verified loss reduction; and guides implementation with property owners, communities, governments, utilities, underwriting, analytics, and catastrophe modeling teams. Requires expertise in natural catastrophe perils, building performance, construction, retrofits, and risk reduction.

Leads global client relationships for Chubb by driving retention, growth, stewardship, client planning, service delivery, and satisfaction. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, connects clients with senior leadership, develops account and business plans, maintains client-specific P&L analyses, and identifies expansion opportunities across products and regions. Success requires strong insurance industry experience, strategic planning, analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
