Lead end-to-end product design for Circle’s AI-powered Discover marketplace. Own design direction, discovery and ranking experiences, trust signals, creator and consumer workflows, rapid AI-assisted prototyping, and shipped product outcomes. Mentor designers, collaborate closely with engineers and product leadership, and shape a two-sided marketplace experience in an ambiguous environment.

Lead Circle’s creative direction and brand narrative across launches, campaigns, advertising, video, events, partnerships, and other major company moments. Work closely with founders, design, product marketing, paid media, video, and events teams to create distinctive, high-performing storytelling. Shape creative concepts, scripts, copy, and experiences while raising quality through influence, collaboration, and strong creative judgment.

Own growth for Circle’s Discover marketplace by driving traffic, GMV, transactions, acquisition, engagement, and retention. Lead experimentation, lifecycle email programs, subscriber acquisition, SEO/AEO, creator success initiatives, funnel and cohort reporting, and growth strategy. Collaborate with product, paid media, data, brand, partnerships, leadership, and creators in a hands-on player-coach role.
