Teams at Circleback AI, Inc.

Provide high-touch operational support to the CEO and team: manage hiring logistics, payroll and people admin, office operations, customer visits and demos, inbound sales, finances, security assessments, swag, and team events. Act as primary face for customers and candidates, streamline processes, and run the companys back-office systems to increase team focus and velocity.

Work directly with the CEO to run company cadence, execute initiatives across hiring, growth, sales, marketing, partnerships and operations, handle admin (payroll, expenses, vendors), run customer interactions and demos, and build processes and automation to scale the business.

Own product surface end-to-end: design and implement features across web, desktop, and mobile. Craft interactions, animations, and prototypes in code. Build and evolve a design system, iterate on onboarding and activation experiments, and work directly with engineers and founders to shape product direction.
