The role requires experience with developer-focused products, PLG and hybrid go-to-market models, and marketing technology platforms.

Own and optimize scalable digital customer success programs for self-serve and growth segments. Build technical adoption content, lifecycle automations, onboarding and renewal journeys, churn-prediction plays, and monthly-to-annual conversion programs. Analyze customer and product data, troubleshoot CI/CD configurations, create self-service resources, and collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to improve adoption, retention, and revenue.
