Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, design surveys and studies, synthesize findings into recommendations, and present actionable insights to product, marketing, and leadership teams to inform roadmap and go-to-market decisions.

Define and drive the CXOS platform architecture vision and roadmap, ensure scalable extensible microservices design, align architecture with delivery, provide technical leadership, produce documentation, resolve architectural issues, collaborate with stakeholders, oversee performance/security/DevOps concerns, evaluate third-party solutions, and be hands-on with Spring Boot/Java or Go.
