Provides high-level administrative support to a VP of Engineering and senior directors. Manages complex calendars, executive communications, meetings, travel, expenses, speaking engagements, corporate events, confidential information, and special projects. Prepares agendas, briefing materials, travel packs, reports, and action items while exercising independent judgment and coordinating with executives, customers, vendors, and communications teams.

Lead the architecture, scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency of Cisco’s data platform. Define multi-quarter technical direction for storage, streaming, compute, observability, and performance tooling. Establish standards for schemas, migrations, SLOs, tenancy, retention, and capacity planning; lead major distributed-systems initiatives and production investigations; make technology and cost decisions; and mentor engineers across teams.

Leads end-to-end software integration for acquired companies, transforming legacy systems into scalable enterprise platforms. Designs API-first solutions, microservices, and distributed applications for order-to-cash and subscription systems. Implements GenAI, LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and LLMOps. Maintains security, scalability, performance, and architectural standards across cloud and on-premises environments while improving engineering practices and delivery.
