Troubleshoot failures across Nexus switching and forwarding, security enforcement, Kubernetes control planes, and customer environments. Reproduce incidents, collaborate with engineering on fixes, communicate root cause and remediation, and convert cases into runbooks, diagnostics, monitoring, tooling, and reliability improvements.

Design and deliver scalable backend services, product integrations, and AI-native solutions for Cisco Cloud Control. Collaborate with frontend and infrastructure teams on reliable, high-performance systems supporting global enterprise users. Build backend features across multiple technology stacks, implement CI/CD and observability practices, and contribute to data and AI pipelines. Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.

Leads complex, high-risk hardware programs from concept through customer release. Coordinates engineering, product, service, documentation, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain teams; manages roadmaps, budgets, resources, critical paths, risks, and executive reporting.
