Lead and scale a high-performing Technical Program Management organization to deliver Cisco's strategic AI programs. Translate strategy into integrated delivery plans, align cross-functional teams, modernize TPM practices with AI-enabled automation, and establish operating models, governance, and metrics to drive enterprise-scale adoption and execution velocity.

Lead technical development and launch of Cisco IQ Platform components, including core platform tools, AI models, and autonomous agents. Drive initiatives end-to-end, balance developer and enterprise customer needs, and partner across business groups to maintain architecture integrity and increase product adoption and value.

Lead and build an AI platform engineering team to design, deliver, and scale agentic and generative AI solutions. Own end-to-end platform delivery, select and standardize AI tools, collaborate with product and design, and drive adoption of AI-based management applications across Cisco products.
