Lead and manage a Client Service team supporting high-net-worth individuals and advisor teams. Hire, train, develop career paths, optimize support models with Wealth Managers, onboard advisor teams, escalate and resolve sensitive issues (complaints, fraud, KYC), mitigate enterprise risk, improve efficiencies, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to Private Bank leadership: design compensation and incentive programs, lead org design and workforce planning, drive large-scale change and talent strategies, use workforce analytics to inform decisions, partner with Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to align people plans to business goals and regulatory requirements.

Support a top wealth management team by leading client onboarding, servicing high-net-worth relationships, executing day-to-day client needs, providing proactive investment updates, performance reporting, and delivering white-glove client service to deepen relationships.
