Leads City Year Bay Area’s integrated marketing, communications, brand, media, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement strategy. Advises executive leadership, develops executive and donor communications, oversees campaigns and events, coordinates internal messaging, manages staff and vendors, and strengthens organizational visibility, fundraising, recruitment, school partnerships, and community engagement. The role also contributes to site leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and communications workflows.

Leads City Year Bay Area’s school-based service strategy, education partnerships, and student impact measurement. Oversees implementation of the Whole School Whole Child model, data collection and analysis, district relationships, department budgeting, staff performance, and AmeriCorps member experience. Coaches Impact Department employees, collaborates with senior leadership and external partners, evaluates program quality, and drives service improvements aligned with organizational, district, and AmeriCorps goals.

The Impact Manager will lead and develop AmeriCorps members, build school partnerships, monitor student data, and ensure successful program implementation.
