The Impact Manager will lead and develop AmeriCorps members, build school partnerships, monitor student data, and ensure successful program implementation.

Manages site operations, office systems, workflows, budgets, financial processes, vendors, inventory, logistics, and cross-functional initiatives. The role improves operational efficiency, supports technology and office needs, coordinates events, assists with hiring and onboarding, analyzes data, and serves as a liaison to staff, visitors, vendors, and community partners. It may supervise staff or coordinators and requires occasional travel, a driver’s license, reliable transportation, and background clearance for work with children.
