Lead all accounting operations including month-end close, payroll, AP/AR, tax compliance, and ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition. Improve processes and controls, manage NetSuite/Bill systems, support budgeting/forecasting and audits, oversee cash management and PEO transition, and supervise and develop the accounting team.

Lead data partner specification negotiations and own Ascend 2.0 platform configuration, data mapping, and internal QA. Validate and load data, coordinate UAT readiness, route non-standard requests to Product or Customer Engineering, maintain documentation and playbooks, and support multiple concurrent implementations to ensure go-live quality.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll design data architecture, manage data pipelines, develop secure production code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate healthcare technology solutions.
