Own customer data integrations for hospital systems and suppliers. Lead technical discovery, design and operate production data pipelines, troubleshoot live integration issues, build reusable connectors, and document support processes. Partner with product and engineering teams to improve the platform while communicating risks and timelines to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires strong Python and SQL skills, production integration experience, customer-facing communication, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.

Own the commercial relationship and outcomes for a portfolio of health system customers. Lead executive business reviews, quantify financial and operational value, manage renewals and forecasts, drive expansion, and maintain stakeholder relationships. Direct cross-functional teams across Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Engineering while identifying account risks and translating customer feedback into organizational improvements. Build executive-level savings cases, close growth opportunities, and develop customer advocates and public references.

Owns end-to-end implementation delivery for enterprise health system accounts, including technical integration coordination, workflow configuration, training, go-live, adoption, risk management, stakeholder communication, scope decisions, and handoff to Customer Success. The role requires healthcare IT and clinical operations fluency, including EHR integrations, HL7/FHIR, and complex enterprise SaaS rollouts.
