Ensure on-site safety for employees, subcontractors, and the public by enforcing corporate and regulatory safety programs, developing project-specific safety plans and education, identifying hazards, recommending corrective actions, partnering with field supervision, and facilitating third-party and OSHA reviews.

Serve as the primary financial liaison for construction projects, handling project accounting, requisitions, payroll, cost reporting, forecasts, change order reconciliation, contract administration, procurement, and project closeout. Lead preconstruction estimating: analyze drawings/specs, prepare time/cost/labor estimates, solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, perform quantity surveys, manage risk/contracts, supervise estimators, monitor estimate vs. actual costs, and support continuous improvement and minority participation strategies.

Lead technical and engineering tasks for construction projects: coordinate clients, trade partners, engineers and architects; manage submittals, schedules, materials, change orders, closeouts, document control, training, and cost/scope takeoffs to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.

Lead preconstruction for MEPF systems (electrical/low-voltage focus), produce cost/time estimates, drive value analysis, manage design reviews, develop RFPs/RFQs, solicit/evaluate trade partner bids, supervise estimators, and support project cost/schedule development while maintaining safety and site engagement.

Lead HR delivery and partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, leadership development, coaching, compensation alignment, training coordination, and process improvements. Provide advice on performance issues, drive engagement programs, and support organizational development while ensuring HR policies and systems meet business needs.

Lead enterprise-scale building automation system design, deployment, and management focused on Niagara 4. Develop technical strategy, program scalable Niagara supervisors and visualizations, manage enterprise Niagara networks, troubleshoot BAS communications (BACnet/IP and MS/TP), coordinate with clients and third-party integrators, and support analytics and optimization across portfolios with minimal field work.

Lead administrative and technical management of heavy/civil construction projects: oversee contract administration, permits, procurement, scheduling, team supervision, reporting, closeout, stakeholder relations, and project meetings.

Lead day-to-day management of construction projects: create project plans, manage contracts, schedules, procurement, permits, risk, finances, and stakeholder communication. Supervise, train, and develop project teams, drive safety and quality, prepare status and close-out reports, and support business development and hiring efforts.

Lead regional project controls functions: manage and develop a team of analysts, provide executive financial reporting and contract compliance, support forecasting, KPIs, audit resolution, and serve as liaison between operations and corporate finance for construction projects.

Lead planning and scheduling for multiple commercial construction projects: create and monitor baseline schedules, perform time impact analyses, cost and manpower load schedules, report analytics and trends, deliver planning/scheduling training, and support corporate process improvements and special projects.

Lead MEP coordination across design, submittals, field installation, inspections, testing and commissioning for large construction projects. Manage MEP schedules, material submittals and procurement documentation, guide 3D coordination meetings, review contract changes and closeout deliverables, and provide team leadership and training while ensuring code compliance, safety, and risk mitigation.
