Ensure on-site safety for employees, subcontractors, and the public by enforcing corporate and regulatory safety programs, developing project-specific safety plans and education, identifying hazards, recommending corrective actions, partnering with field supervision, and facilitating third-party and OSHA reviews.

Serve as the primary financial liaison for construction projects, handling project accounting, requisitions, payroll, cost reporting, forecasts, change order reconciliation, contract administration, procurement, and project closeout. Support KPI monitoring, cash-flow forecasting, process improvement, permit and insurance verification, team leadership and training, stakeholder coordination, safety culture, and proposal support.

Support VDC/BIM deployment and model management across project lifecycle. Coordinate models with architects, MEP, civil and trade partners; enforce BIM coordination plans; identify constructability issues; integrate laser scans, sUAS data and AR/VR; facilitate BIM meetings and client presentations; support QA/QC, workflows, and VDC strategic initiatives.
