Lead enterprise-scale building automation system design, deployment, and management focused on Niagara 4. Develop technical strategy, program scalable Niagara supervisors and visualizations, manage enterprise Niagara networks, troubleshoot BAS communications (BACnet/IP and MS/TP), coordinate with clients and third-party integrators, and support analytics and optimization across portfolios with minimal field work.

Supports construction-site safety programs through inspections, compliance monitoring, safety metrics, reporting, worker education, and planning for high-risk operations. Works with superintendents and project leaders on crane lifts, hazardous materials, fire prevention, and evacuation strategies. The full-time 8–10-week summer program includes field experience, training, mentorship, jobsite tours, and a capstone project.

Entry-level construction engineer role for students graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027. Responsibilities rotate across project management, field management, project development, estimating, budgeting, purchasing, quality control, safety, scheduling, document control, and business operations. The role involves active construction-site work, stakeholder engagement, business development, and talent recruiting, with mentorship and structured training. Candidates must be pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and demonstrate interest in construction.
