The role focuses on cybersecurity and cyber-physical systems protection for medical and clinical environments and requires 50% travel.

Serve as the primary technical contact for public sector customers and partners, guiding Claroty solution deployment, configuration, adoption, optimization, and value realization. Provide architecture recommendations, partner enablement, risk identification, technical documentation, escalation support, and executive-level cybersecurity discussions. The role requires strong networking and cybersecurity expertise, familiarity with federal customers and compliance frameworks, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Travel of 30–40% and U.S. citizenship are required.

Generate new business opportunities through lead research, outbound email, phone, and social outreach. Build prospect relationships, qualify leads, manage CRM records, and coordinate qualified-lead handoffs with sales. Collaborate with marketing on messaging and campaigns, monitor industry trends, meet performance targets, and use AI-enabled tools to improve outreach effectiveness.

Designs and executes automated, API, UI, regression, smoke, and end-to-end tests for cloud-native and air-gapped federal environments. Integrates test suites with GitLab CI and Jenkins, validates security and compliance baselines, diagnoses Linux and Windows systems, and documents test plans, defects, and results. The role supports reliable deployment of cyber-physical security solutions across government and critical infrastructure environments.

Lead a global Order Management team owning post-signature booking, contract lifecycle, ASC 606 compliance, Quote-to-Cash execution, Salesforce/CPQ optimization, ARR tracking, SOX-ready documentation, and cross-functional process automation.

Own RevOps data models and BI infrastructure to drive GTM strategy. Clean and analyze datasets, build predictive models, define and track leading/lagging KPIs, deploy dashboards, document data definitions, and deliver executive-ready insights while partnering cross-functionally with Finance and GTM teams.

Serve as a strategic technical partner to enterprise customers, driving deployment, adoption, and optimization of Claroty's platform. Lead and scale the Americas Customer Experience organization (Customer Success and Technical Account Management). Drive retention, adoption, and expansion through regional strategy, cross-functional alignment, executive escalation, and operational excellence. Own GRR/NRR, CSAT, talent development, and ensure customer voice informs product and support.
