Designs and develops scalable go-to-market learning experiences for Sales and Sales Engineering, including eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, interactive modules, webinars, and blended programs. Creates foundational product and market content, manages learning paths across LMS, CMS, and partner platforms, and translates technical concepts into engaging instruction. Partners with cross-functional subject matter experts and improves programs using learner feedback, consumption metrics, and business performance insights.

Serve as a strategic technical partner to enterprise customers, driving deployment, adoption, and optimization of Claroty's platform. Provide architecture guidance, proactively identify risks, support escalations, translate customer feedback to product teams, create technical playbooks, and lead executive technical conversations. Travel up to 30% and work onsite in Rio de Janeiro.

Manage strategic B2B SaaS customer accounts as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Lead onboarding, adoption, enablement, health monitoring, escalations, and cross-functional issue resolution while driving retention, expansion, and measurable customer outcomes. The role requires strong networking and cybersecurity knowledge, familiarity with operational technology environments, executive communication skills, and the ability to use AI platforms to automate customer success workflows and generate insights.
