Develop, troubleshoot, and validate Hamilton STAR/STAR2 laboratory automation supporting regulated NGS diagnostic workflows. Responsibilities include method development, liquid-class and deck-layout optimization, hardware and peripheral troubleshooting, automated-versus-manual equivalence studies, fleet qualification, root-cause analysis, statistical evaluation, and validation documentation in partnership with Regulatory and Quality teams.
