Lead BESS engineering for utility-scale storage projects including preliminary and project engineering, fire safety, technical specifications, system optimization, vendor qualification, procurement support, permitting, construction coordination, and commissioning. Provide SME guidance across development, design, construction, and operations while developing tools for sizing and operational strategies.

Support and manage utility-scale solar, wind, and storage project development across the U.S. West—from siting, permitting, interconnection, and land acquisition through contracting, financing diligence, and handover to construction. Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to optimize schedules, budgets, and project value while pursuing PPAs and permitting approvals.

Support commercial integration of wind, solar, storage, and digital projects through due diligence, financial and performance management, contract compliance, project integration, and cross-functional coordination to ensure commercial operations and standardized processes.

The Senior Counsel will provide legal advice on procurement, construction, and operations for utility-scale energy projects, representing the company in transactions and negotiations.

The Analyst will manage resource planning and grid integration, focusing on project commercialization and integrating new technologies. Responsibilities include regulatory monitoring, energy modeling, and supporting business development efforts.

Develop and deploy production-grade quantitative and optimization models for BESS dispatch, renewables, gas generation and power market forecasting. Build CWENQ modeling platform and data pipelines, perform mark-to-market and structured product pricing, support underwriting, trading, risk, and provide analytical insights to inform commercial decisions.

Lead end-to-end EPC procurement and contracting for wind, solar, and BESS projects, including RFP development, bidder qualification, bid evaluation/levelization, commercial negotiations, contract risk allocation, stakeholder alignment, contract administration, market intelligence, and support for financing and process improvements.

Provide legal support on utility-scale renewable and gas projects: draft, interpret, and negotiate PPAs and financing (tax equity, debt, cash equity), handle acquisitions/dispositions, supervise outside counsel, advise on regulatory and asset-management issues, support litigation and dispute resolution, and improve contracting processes across project lifecycles.
