Administer and manage ISO/RTO market and electric regulatory compliance across multiple U.S. power markets. The role oversees registrations, filings, certifications, internal controls, documentation, deadlines, and compliance evidence. It monitors market rule changes, assesses business impacts, and coordinates with legal, energy management, external affairs, operations, engineering, and other stakeholders. Candidates need a J.D., at least five years of power markets or electric regulatory compliance experience, FERC and tariff knowledge, and renewable energy expertise.
