Lead end-to-end EPC procurement and contracting for wind, solar, and BESS projects, including RFP development, bidder qualification, bid evaluation/levelization, commercial negotiations, contract risk allocation, stakeholder alignment, contract administration, market intelligence, and support for financing and process improvements.

The Associate, Project Development manages renewable energy projects from siting to commissioning, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure project success.

Build and maintain relationships with government officials, unions, businesses, advocacy groups, tribal governments, landowners, and community stakeholders across California, Nevada, and the Western region. Support advocacy, permitting, policy priorities, community benefit plans, open houses, tours, local events, and communications. Respond to community inquiries and collaborate with project development, operations, construction, and site teams.
