Leads accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, billing, payroll, financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, compliance, audits, cash flow, credit, and internal controls. Supervises and develops accounting staff, partners with finance and operational leaders, provides financial analysis, and drives process improvements across the organization.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making. Partners with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, improve forecasting and reporting processes, and assess investments, acquisitions, and other initiatives. Prepares management presentations, conducts ad hoc analyses, and translates complex financial information into actionable recommendations.
