The Senior Analytics Engineer will develop data models, dashboards, and workflows to enhance product decision-making, ensuring data accessibility and usability, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams.

Drive the technical evaluation and POC process for sub-250 employee commercial accounts. Engage data engineers and founders to design ClickHouse solutions, troubleshoot schema and ingestion issues, deliver reference implementations, and enable successful onboarding. Partner with account executives, advocate customer needs to Product/Engineering, and contribute reusable technical playbooks and community engagement.
