The Strategic Solutions Engineer will support sales and customer success through technical presentations, project management, and custom solutions while collaborating closely with teams across the Pacific Northwest.

Design, optimize, and scale ClickUp's search infrastructure using OpenSearch/ElasticSearch. Improve relevance, speed, and real-time indexing; build vector/semantic search capabilities; create measurement frameworks; integrate search with AI and product features; troubleshoot at scale; and mentor junior engineers to maintain high search quality under heavy load.

Build and scale ClickUp's North America partner motion (West Coast focus) by recruiting, enabling, and coaching consultancies/agencies/MSPs/SIs to drive partner-led pipeline, revenue, and repeatable GTM/service motions while collaborating with sales, solutions, and marketing teams.
