The intern gains experience with accounting procedures, workpapers, client systems, research, and special projects while managing multiple engagements, meeting deadlines, communicating with clients, and developing industry knowledge through training and client exposure.

Leads and grows the National Tax Controversy team, representing clients in IRS examinations and appeals, resolving tax account and collection matters, and preparing penalty relief requests. Supports client-facing professionals, develops controversy policies and resources, creates tax communications, delivers webcasts, and collaborates on firm-wide tax quality initiatives.

Leads international tax advisory services for clients, managing relationships, engagements, technical quality, compliance, and methodology. Advises businesses on international expansion, cross-border transactions, international structures, foreign tax credits, mergers and acquisitions, earnings repatriation, treaty analysis, and export sales incentives. Maintains expertise in U.S. and foreign tax laws while developing client relationships and promoting broader firm services.
