Leads business-unit supply chain strategy, innovation supply chain development, margin transformation, and complex cross-functional projects. Develops supply options, business cases, cost savings initiatives, governance routines, and best practices while balancing service, cost, resilience, sustainability, and business objectives. Influences stakeholders across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, finance, engineering, R&D, and commercial functions.

Strengthen FP&A and ZBB reporting by connecting finance requirements, SAP data, Power BI development, and business insights. Build semantic models, dashboards, data pipelines, reconciliations, and reporting controls for planning, forecasting, actuals, variance analysis, and resource allocation. Govern KPIs and master data while improving reporting automation, quality, scalability, and decision support. Partner with finance and business stakeholders to communicate risks, opportunities, performance trends, and ZBB impacts.

The R&D Intern will support consumer product development and refinement through laboratory and pilot-plant projects. Responsibilities include optimizing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, conducting statistical analysis, testing mechanical and chemical performance, qualifying packaging components, and recommending next steps. Projects may involve formulation development, wipes handling, equipment optimization, and process development. The role requires collaboration across product, packaging, and process engineering teams.
