Lead Clorox's Albertsons accounts by managing broker partners and direct reports to deliver volume, sales, and profitable share growth. Own forecasting, budgeting, trade fund management, and joint business planning. Train and develop brokers, drive execution of category strategies and initiatives, build cross-functional relationships, and leverage consumer/category insights to grow enterprise business.

Lead identification and incubation of new product opportunities by translating consumer insights into innovation platforms, value propositions, and GTM plans. Partner cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, sourcing, finance, and sales to commercialize products, manage pricing/financial modeling, oversee packaging/claims/advertising, and analyze market and shopper dynamics to accelerate growth.

Lead integrated brand and consumer experience strategy across channels (packaging, digital, social, CRM, e‑commerce, paid media and in-person). Serve as chief strategic lead for assigned business units, finalize briefs, guide creative presentations, advise studio leads, partner with agencies, and use insights, data and emerging marketing technologies (including AI) to create personalized, omnichannel consumer experiences.
