Responsibilities include application and environment configuration, production support, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Architect and improve AWS infrastructure, build and automate Kubernetes platforms, develop IaC and CI/CD pipelines, and support production deployments. The role focuses on system security, reliability, scalability, performance, and configuration while enabling engineering teams with DevOps best practices. Responsibilities include production on-call support, application and environment configuration, and infrastructure support for product development projects.

Hunt for new hospitality clients, build prospect lists, execute high-volume outbound outreach and cold-calling, deliver virtual and in-person product demos, develop local partnerships, attend events (under 10% travel), represent Cloudbeds in the market, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Lead Cloudbeds' global thought leadership: own strategy and editorial calendar, design and run original research, analyze proprietary platform data, produce executive viewpoints and customer stories, and translate findings into multi-channel content. Partner with executives and content teams, use AI tools in research and writing, and build repeatable research-to-content programs that drive media coverage and industry authority.

The Sales Manager will expand Cloudbeds' market presence by acquiring new clients through proactive outreach, product demonstrations, and relationship building. This role involves assessing market trends, engaging prospects, and collaborating with partnerships teams while representing the brand confidently.

Lead and scale mid-market onboarding from contract to go-live and handoff. Build frameworks, SOPs, metrics, and staffing plans; improve deployment velocity, quality, training, and early retention. Manage escalations, partner cross-functionally with Sales/Product/Support/Account Management, and coach a distributed team to deliver repeatable, high-quality multi-property implementations.

Lead global brand partnerships and enterprise sales for Cloudbeds, closing long-cycle, multi-million-dollar hospitality deals, driving pilots to enterprise rollouts, managing a growing team, representing the company at events, and partnering with execs across Product, Ops, and Commercial to ensure successful delivery.

Serve as HR Business Partner for Customer Success & Onboarding across North America and Canada: advise leaders on org design, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, employee relations, and Workday-driven People operations. Drive regional HR initiatives, support audits and contractor compliance, and collaborate with global HR teams to strengthen processes and leadership capability.
