Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise customers to drive adoption of Cloudinary's image, video and DAM solutions. Manage post-sales lifecycle, monitor usage and health metrics, run business reviews and success plans, support renewals and expansions, escalate and coordinate issue resolution, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Lead company-wide financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and performance analysis. Build integrated P&L/balance sheet/cash flow models, drive scenario planning, consolidate forecasts, report SaaS metrics, prepare executive and board materials, partner with Finance and GTM teams, and improve FP&A processes for IPO-readiness.
