Owns strategic cybersecurity client accounts, including account health, renewals, revenue growth, delivery economics, executive relationships, and escalations. Develops account plans, identifies expansion opportunities, coordinates sales and delivery teams, reviews technical deliverables, monitors project performance, and ensures client commitments are met. Leads and coaches consultants and managers while translating cybersecurity services, risks, and recommendations into clear business outcomes for technical and executive stakeholders.

Leads complex, client-facing cybersecurity, cloud, compliance, and advisory engagements from initiation through closeout. Owns project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, governance, risks, quality, financials, stakeholder communications, and change control across multiple workstreams. Facilitates executive meetings, steering committees, and delivery checkpoints while coordinating matrixed teams and maintaining client satisfaction. Applies Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methods, improves delivery standards, and supports consulting engagement profitability and predictability.

Owns operational capabilities for FedRAMP-regulated cloud environments, including monitoring, alerting, backup and recovery, continuous compliance evidence, incident response, and automation. The role leads major incident command, improves runbooks and operational standards, supports client-facing service delivery, partners on transitions to managed operations, and mentors engineers. Requires deep cloud operations, observability, infrastructure-as-code, resilience engineering, security-control frameworks, and senior escalation experience.
