Provide first-line employee IT support, manage onboarding and offboarding, administer SaaS applications and licenses, maintain macOS hardware and assets, and support SOC 2 and GDPR compliance. Own enterprise customer onboarding, deployment, adoption, technical success plans, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Guide customer administrators and platform teams on configuration, deployment readiness, and best practices while coordinating complex issues with Solutions, Support, Product, and Engineering. Monitor customer health, usage, risks, and adoption milestones; serve as the primary customer contact and provide actionable product feedback. The role requires strong technical fluency across cloud infrastructure, DevOps, developer tools, and SaaS or self-hosted deployments.

Owns enterprise customer onboarding, rollout plans, adoption, health monitoring, renewals, forecasting, and expansion opportunities. Partners with Sales, Support, Product, and other teams to resolve issues, gather feedback, and drive customer outcomes. Serves as the primary customer contact while developing expertise in Coder’s platform and providing guidance to technical and executive stakeholders.

Provides senior-level technical support to enterprise customers by reproducing and debugging complex issues, resolving high-severity incidents, and communicating solutions. Collaborates with Product, Customer Success, and Account Management, leads customer debugging calls, identifies product feedback, documents support activity, mentors team members, improves workflows, contributes to technical documentation, and participates in an on-call rotation.

Manage the full enterprise sales cycle for Coder’s AI development infrastructure platform, including prospecting, pipeline generation, technical demonstrations, evaluations, deal shaping, and contract closing. Build trusted relationships with Fortune 500 engineering organizations and collaborate with sales engineers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers. Exceed quota and pipeline goals while supporting customer relationships through up to 15% travel.

Own technical pre-sales for federal, defense, and intelligence customers. Lead platform demonstrations, architecture discussions, deployments, troubleshooting, and proofs of concept in cloud, on-premises, classified, and air-gapped environments. Partner with account executives to close opportunities, support renewals, translate technical capabilities into mission value, and provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams. Focus areas include Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, cloud development environments, and AI-assisted or agentic software development.

Own technical relationships with Fortune 500 prospects through pre-sales, demos, architecture discussions, deployments, troubleshooting, and proofs-of-concept. Demonstrate Coder across developer, administrator, and AI-agent workflows; translate technical outcomes into business value; and provide product feedback to Engineering and Product. Install and support Coder on cloud and on-premises Kubernetes or VM infrastructure, while contributing documentation and developing expertise in cloud development environments and agentic AI.

Lead and grow the Core Workspaces engineering team, set technical direction, and contribute to architecture and implementation. Build reliable, extensible agentic systems involving agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, integrations, and long-running workflows. Partner with Product and Design to improve developer experiences while coaching engineers, raising technical standards, and optimizing reliability, performance, and operability.

Build and operate production systems for agentic development experiences, including agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, integrations, and long-running workflows. Extend provider-agnostic model architecture and connect agents with workspaces, tools, and developer infrastructure. Own projects through rollout, collaborate with Product and Design, participate in reviews, and improve system reliability, performance, and operability.

Own complex technical accounting activities including ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 718 stock compensation, consolidated financial reporting, and quarterly Board and investor reporting. Research and document accounting conclusions, maintain accounting policies, advise cross-functional teams, support external audits and SOX readiness, and evaluate multinational and multi-entity accounting matters. The role also contributes to process improvements, system enhancements, special projects, and AI-enabled accounting workflows.

Build and maintain enterprise AI governance components (LLM gateway, Agent Firewall) across full stack (Go backend, React frontend). Ship features, harden security, integrate LLM provider APIs, collaborate with product, partners, and enterprise customers, and contribute to open-source tooling.
