Manage full enterprise sales cycle for Coder's Environment-as-a-Service platform: build pipeline, prospect, lead demos, collaborate with sales engineers, close deals with large engineering organizations, and travel as needed (up to 15%).

Embed as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers to guide deployment architecture, onboarding, and adoption of agentic AI development workflows. Lead end-to-end onboarding and remediation engagements, design repeatable reference architectures, translate complex environments into secure network/identity/infrastructure patterns, capture product feedback, and document scalable delivery patterns to drive customer outcomes.

Lead and develop a small product management team, improve product discovery and execution, align cross-functional stakeholders, and translate strategy into measurable customer and business outcomes. Coach PMs, run customer discovery, set priorities, and refine product operating systems to support fast-moving enterprise environments.
