Lead and develop a small product management team, improve product discovery and execution, align cross-functional stakeholders, and translate strategy into measurable customer and business outcomes. Coach PMs, run customer discovery, set priorities, and refine product operating systems to support fast-moving enterprise environments.

Own and improve marketing operations systems, lead routing, CRM data quality, automation, attribution, reporting, and funnel visibility. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to streamline workflows, evaluate GTM tools, reduce manual work, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and provide campaign, pipeline, KPI, QBR, and executive reporting insights.

Build and operate production systems for agentic development experiences, including agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, integrations, and long-running workflows. Extend provider-agnostic model architecture and connect agents with workspaces, tools, and developer infrastructure. Own projects through rollout, collaborate with Product and Design, participate in reviews, and improve system reliability, performance, and operability.
