Translate technical product capabilities into compelling customer value for developers, security teams, technical leaders, and enterprise buyers. Lead cross-functional initiatives, develop customer proof and field materials, and mentor marketers while operating as a senior individual contributor.

The Vice President of Product Marketing will own CodeRabbit’s positioning, messaging, segmentation, launches, competitive intelligence, customer proof, sales enablement, packaging, and go-to-market strategy. The role will define the category of Agentic Change Management, translate technical capabilities into value stories, support product-led and enterprise motions, and build a high-performing product marketing team. Success includes stronger market differentiation, launch adoption, field readiness, and executive credibility around trustworthy governance of AI-generated code.

Own end-to-end product design for an AI-powered code review platform across web, IDE, Git, and CLI surfaces. Create polished interfaces, interaction patterns, visualizations, and scalable design systems. Partner with engineering, product, and AI teams on strategy and delivery, prototype rapidly, and establish design best practices while helping build a high-performing design team.
