Codex Health was founded with a core mission to use healthcare data to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care, with a particular focus on the treatment and management of chronic diseases. We are inspired by the innovation and creativity of Leonardo Da Vinci, and derive our name from his seminal work, the 'Codex Leicester'. Codex develops clinical intelligence solutions for healthcare providers to bring the power of data-driven decision making into healthcare workflows. Our products synthesize multiple information sources, and use powerful algorithms and AI to provide analytics and insights that apply all the way from population health to the individual patient. Our goal is to facilitate proactive care to improve patient outcomes and lower costs. Codex also develops patient-facing mobile apps to integrate longitudinal data into clinical decision making, and to improve patient engagement. These apps are powered by a highly extensible backend framework that facilitates personalized medicine. We have partnered closely with leading healthcare systems in order to co-develop our products through the lens of medical workflows, and to have our product strategy be informed by renowned medical experts.
