Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Coordinate with Growth Strategists, engineers, and AI systems to launch experiments, drive adoption, quantify ROI, run business reviews and demos, translate feedback into product priorities, and identify upsell and renewal opportunities while building scalable CSM processes.

Work directly with strategic enterprise customers to translate their requirements into reusable, scalable platform capabilities. Design and build enterprise-grade solutions addressing security, compliance, performance, and scalability. Ship custom tooling and integrations, resolve deployment blockers, partner with engineering and product on architecture and implementation, and represent engineering in high-value customer relationships.

The Applied Scientist will transform raw data into actionable insights by developing machine learning models for personalization, ranking, and optimization to enhance conversion and revenue. This role emphasizes building production systems, frameworks for experimentation, and communication with team members regarding technical challenges.

As a Growth Strategist, develop and execute A/B testing strategies, generate hypotheses, leverage AI tools, and analyze results to drive revenue.

Manage the full sales cycle, driving deals through discovery and presentations, while collaborating with engineering teams and refining sales methodologies.

The Product Engineer will drive product metrics, communicate user needs, deliver improvements quickly, and adopt AI building skills within teams.

As an Integrations Engineer, you will build and maintain various integrations, design APIs, create customer onboarding/setup systems, and enhance reliability and observability across integrations while communicating with customers.
