Partner with prospective and existing customers to lead technical discovery, design integrations and proofs of concept, run tailored demos, troubleshoot implementation issues, and translate customer feedback into product requirements while collaborating closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success.

Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Coordinate with Growth Strategists, engineers, and AI systems to launch experiments, drive adoption, quantify ROI, run business reviews and demos, translate feedback into product priorities, and identify upsell and renewal opportunities while building scalable CSM processes.

Work directly with strategic enterprise customers to translate their requirements into reusable, scalable platform capabilities. Design and build enterprise-grade solutions addressing security, compliance, performance, and scalability. Ship custom tooling and integrations, resolve deployment blockers, partner with engineering and product on architecture and implementation, and represent engineering in high-value customer relationships.
