Design and build an AI-native legal operating function, including intake, workflows, knowledge systems, automation, legal technology, metrics, budgeting, vendors, and outside counsel management. Partner with technical and business teams to improve legal service delivery, reduce friction, and increase team leverage. Establish scalable operating processes, dashboards, and team culture for a rapidly growing AI company.

Coordinate R&D recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling, candidate hosting, communications, ATS management, hiring analytics, events, and process improvements. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, researchers, engineers, and leadership to keep hiring organized, candidate-focused, and scalable in a fast-changing AI environment.

The Product Marketer will create compelling customer stories, sales collateral, and web content while building relationships with customers and sales teams, managing content production agencies, and communicating technical product benefits.
