Supervises Regional Support Specialists across multiple real estate branch offices, managing workflow, coverage, coaching, escalations, compliance, and team huddles. Provides office administration, customer and agent support, transaction processing, database updates, onboarding assistance, and branch leader support. Coordinates with facilities and IT partners, maintains office supplies and systems, resolves transactional issues, and ensures accurate documentation and timely commission payments.

Manage residential escrow transactions from contract review through closing, ensuring paperwork, title, taxes, loan funding, and regulatory requirements are complete and accurate. Build relationships with agents, lenders, attorneys, surveyors, and government agencies; develop new business; provide exceptional client service; attend closings; and train, delegate to, and audit escrow assistants.
