Owns analytics metrics and stack, partners cross-functionally on product, marketing, fraud, and infrastructure insights, delivers executive reporting, and manages a lean analyst team while remaining hands-on with SQL and business intelligence tools.

Leads fulfillment and outbound logistics across grading centers, overseeing storage, sortation, shipping, capacity planning, staffing, workflow design, and technology enablement. Owns safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and service KPIs while driving continuous improvement, operational scalability, and cross-functional execution. Manages multiple departments through subordinate leaders, develops teams, oversees site risk, and travels frequently to grading centers.

Lead and mentor the software engineering team responsible for PSA Set Registry, a large-scale consumer web and mobile product. Drive architecture, development, delivery, code quality, release management, production troubleshooting, and technical strategy. Partner with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions while promoting agile practices, collaboration, continuous learning, and an inclusive engineering culture.

Lead the strategy and roadmap for Collectors’ global payments platform across grading, marketplace, liquidity, and digital repacking products. Own wallets, money movement, international payments, PSP orchestration, routing, payouts, settlement, reconciliation, ledgers, fraud prevention, disputes, compliance, and cost optimization. Partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Risk, executives, and technical teams to scale resilient payment experiences.

Leads strategic, cross-functional technical programs for PSA’s grading operations software. Partners with engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, communicate milestones, improve processes, support developer operations, and deliver complex releases. The role also develops organizational training, standardizes scalable processes, advocates for customers, and uses automation and AI tools to improve execution and business outcomes.

Lead Collectors and PSA’s global events and experiential marketing strategy, including flagship, regional, and international activations. Own event planning, budgets, logistics, vendors, sponsorships, partnerships, marketing integration, team development, and ROI measurement. Build cross-functional alignment across Product, Operations, Customer Experience, Growth, and Brand while strengthening PSA’s presence in the collector ecosystem and delivering revenue-generating experiences.

Lead and grow the engineering team owning the warehouse management system (WMS), vault, and fulfillment platforms. Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and integrations; partner with product; provide architectural guidance; champion AI/LLM tooling; establish operating standards, incident response, and observability; recruit and mentor engineers and technical leads.

Lead the PSA Vault's growth strategy and execution: secure partnerships and new supply channels, drive international expansion, design customer workflows and premium services, align cross-functional teams, and build a small strategic growth team to scale vault assets dramatically.

Design and build polished web experiences across PSA products by partnering with design, product, and engineering. Ship production features, build rapid prototypes, maintain design systems, mentor engineers on design best practices, and elevate craft and consistency across the product ecosystem.

Own design, build, and support of the NetSuite ERP: configure/customize modules, develop SuiteScript/SuiteFlow solutions, manage integrations (Salesforce, payments, e-commerce, shipping, data warehouse), maintain system performance and data integrity, provide user support and documentation, and partner with Finance, Ops, and Supply Chain on process-driven NetSuite implementations and reporting.

Lead strategy and execution for PSA's TCG and Pop Culture grading categories, including product marketing, go-to-market planning, partnership building, and growth performance management.

Lead and oversee the UX research function, setting strategy, executing research, and mentoring the team to support product development and design at Collectors.

Drive front-end development for customer-facing web and mobile experiences. Lead feature delivery from concept to production using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Svelte, and Tailwind. Troubleshoot integrations, write unit and integration tests, produce technical documentation, collaborate with product/design/data, and use AI tooling (preferably Claude) to accelerate design and implementation.

Lead design and implementation of the PSA Liquidity Platform connecting buyers and sellers. Build buyer tooling, matching/ranking engines, and seller experiences. Architect and operate microservices and Kafka-driven systems on Kubernetes/AWS, instrument observability, apply AI tooling across the SDLC, and drive cross-functional delivery from 0-to-1 while owning end-to-end outcomes.

Design, build, and operate scalable AWS-based backend services and APIs for the Collectors Vault. Own architecture and delivery, improve performance and reliability, mentor engineers, and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development and engineering velocity.

Lead backend and full-stack work on the Payments team, building multi-gateway integrations (Stripe, PayPal), payment APIs, and customer payment UIs. Ensure secure, compliant (PCI-DSS) payment flows, reliability, observability, and scalability across AWS/Kubernetes microservices. Partner cross-functionally to design architecture, implement settlement/reconciliation, and maintain high availability.

Build and operate the Power Packs customer experience and backend services. Design data foundations, APIs, and integrations across platform services. Troubleshoot distributed systems, contribute full-stack plumbing as needed, improve observability and documentation, and collaborate with Product and partner teams to deliver scalable, multi-tenant marketplace capabilities.
