Provide in-person customer service at hobby shop submission centers: intake, package, and ship collectibles; resolve customer issues via phone and email; solicit business; support events and trade shows; track submission center performance; collaborate with shop management to improve processes and drive revenue.

Leads product strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement for PSA Vault and warehouse management systems. Oversees operational workflows including receiving, storage, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping while improving integrations with grading, marketplace, and logistics systems. Partners with Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, measure outcomes, and enhance customer experiences. The role also identifies AI and automation opportunities and coordinates cross-functional delivery across the Collectors ecosystem.

Leads marketplace data and insights for PSA Marketplace businesses, translating transactional, marketing, operational, product, and behavioral data into strategic decisions. Owns analytics metrics and stack, partners cross-functionally on product, marketing, fraud, and infrastructure insights, delivers executive reporting, and manages a lean analyst team while remaining hands-on with SQL and business intelligence tools.
