Coordinates commercial real estate transactions by supporting lease, sale, purchase, and sublease activities; tracking milestones; maintaining documentation and databases; preparing reports and financial summaries; routing approvals; coordinating legal reviews and signatures; and supporting client site visits. Also helps manage standardized workflows, KPI reporting, strategic planning materials, process improvements, and onboarding while ensuring accurate, timely service delivery across stakeholders.

Leads new business generation across Northern California, sells the REMS service line to internal and external clients, develops business strategies, prices services, strengthens client relationships, and improves operational performance. The role collaborates with regional leadership and brokerage partners, oversees account transitions, and supports special projects within Real Estate Management Services. Travel is primarily local and up to 10%.

As an Associate, the role involves cold calling, maintaining databases, preparing documents and proposals, and eventually managing real estate sales transactions independently.
