Serve as CTU/EAC’s external point of contact to identify, qualify, negotiate, and manage B2B higher-education partnerships. Conduct needs analyses, develop strategic account plans, coordinate internal resources, drive client engagement and retention, and meet sales targets while maintaining CRM data and providing high-quality customer service. Role requires travel and flexible schedule.

Manage and coordinate clinical education for online graduate and doctoral nursing programs: approve rotations, evaluate sites/preceptors, ensure accreditation compliance, oversee student competency assessment and documentation systems, support clinical curriculum and faculty training, and perform occasional on-site travel.

The Subject Matter Expert will write and develop course content for psychology courses, collaborating with academic teams to ensure alignment with goals and standards.
