Manage strategic fintech customer relationships from onboarding through expansion, while developing scalable customer-management processes and playbooks. Lead partnerships with banks across Africa, guide onboarding, identify growth opportunities, and represent customer feedback in product and go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with executive, engineering, sales, compliance, and banking teams while ensuring regulatory and operational standards. Professional French fluency and periodic travel to Africa are required.

Build and launch financial products with customer engineering teams using Column’s banking APIs. Own strategic customer engagements from onboarding through launch, write production-quality code, debug payment flows, design integrations, and advise on ledgering, reconciliation, compliance, and money movement. Translate customer patterns into platform, API, documentation, and developer-experience improvements while managing multiple engagements and executive-level relationships. The role is based in San Francisco and requires frequent domestic and international travel.
