Own end-to-end enterprise customer implementations, configure monitoring/RMM and automation, troubleshoot networks and security, script integrations to speed deployments, build repeatable playbooks, and liaise between customers and product teams to drive platform adoption.

Design, deploy, and troubleshoot carrier-grade Layer 1-3 connectivity including carrier interconnects, NNIs, MPLS, BGP, VRFs, VLANs, and Azure ExpressRoute. Validate circuit turn-ups, support data center deployments, develop configuration templates and runbooks, and act as escalation for complex transport and routing issues while coordinating with carriers, NOC, and implementation teams.

The Network Engineer supports ISP/MSP customers, managing SDWAN networks, troubleshooting LAN setups, and configuring routers and firewalls. Responsibilities include customer support, issue resolution, and mentoring.
