Sells and cross-sells banking products and services to existing and prospective customers. Opens and maintains accounts, identifies financial needs, develops commercial relationships, supports retention and growth goals, conducts telemarketing, ensures account documentation and CIP compliance, and follows bank policies and applicable regulations. The role also participates in sales meetings, training, community activities, and center-wide sales and service initiatives.

Develops, sources, closes, and retains factoring relationships across multiple industries. The role generates new business through networking, referral sources, outreach, and community events; manages a sales pipeline; presents and negotiates financing proposals; coordinates with underwriting and credit teams; mitigates risk; and expands the company’s market footprint. It requires strong financial and business-development expertise, knowledge of factoring and commercial lending, relationship-building ability, and travel.

Serves as the primary customer contact for loan accounts, processing funding requests, collections, accounts receivable, credit-limit recommendations, collateral monitoring, and account-related accounting activities. Resolves client issues, manages defaults, negotiates repayment plans, maintains customer relationships, and promotes a positive customer experience while complying with banking regulations and organizational policies.
