Lead enterprise Digital Employee Experience strategy and roadmap, assess DEX maturity, prioritize and manage portfolio investments, provide architectural guidance for modernization initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, govern architecture standards, and mentor architects and engineering leaders to improve workforce productivity and engagement.
