Serve as a strategic and hands-on People Business Partner for Engineering, Product, and Design. Coach managers, support organizational design, talent planning, compensation and equity reviews, performance management, retention, employee relations, and workforce decisions. Use people data to identify risks and opportunities, build scalable HR processes, improve manager effectiveness, and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Talent, and business leaders. The role requires discretion, strong judgment, independent execution, and three days per week onsite in Mountain View.

Software Engineering Interns will design, build, test, and ship frontend, backend, mobile, infrastructure, and AI-powered features. Responsibilities include developing APIs and services, building clinician and healthcare workflows, working with healthcare data and integrations, improving production reliability and scalability, and participating in code reviews and technical design discussions. Interns collaborate with product, design, data, infrastructure, and clinical teams while gaining experience taking software from concept to production.

Build production software across web, mobile, backend, infrastructure, and AI systems for healthcare. Responsibilities include developing APIs, data pipelines, offline-first applications, AI inference and orchestration workflows, internal tools, and observability systems. The role involves improving reliability and performance while collaborating with product, design, clinical, and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions used by healthcare providers.
