Leads and builds the Revenue Operations function supporting sales and customer success. Owns Salesforce architecture, revenue technology strategy, data governance, forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, growth playbooks, operating cadence, sales enablement, and process improvement. Partners with executive stakeholders to align go-to-market execution, improve customer engagement workflows, and scale revenue operations. The role includes team leadership, systems design, organizational change management, and strategic advising to the CRO.

Serve as a strategic and hands-on People Business Partner for Engineering, Product, and Design. Coach managers, support organizational design, talent planning, compensation and equity reviews, performance management, retention, employee relations, and workforce decisions. Use people data to identify risks and opportunities, build scalable HR processes, improve manager effectiveness, and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Talent, and business leaders. The role requires discretion, strong judgment, independent execution, and three days per week onsite in Mountain View.

Software Engineering Interns will design, build, test, and ship frontend, backend, mobile, infrastructure, and AI-powered features. Responsibilities include developing APIs and services, building clinician and healthcare workflows, working with healthcare data and integrations, improving production reliability and scalability, and participating in code reviews and technical design discussions. Interns collaborate with product, design, data, infrastructure, and clinical teams while gaining experience taking software from concept to production.
