As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll design and develop healthcare AI applications, architect scalable solutions, collaborate with teams, and optimize performance.

Research and productionize emerging AI capabilities for healthcare: build orchestration infrastructure and channel adapters, chain LLM tool calls, deploy browser agents and self-improving harnesses, and turn prototypes into production. Own product lifecycle from ideation to customer delivery, establish best practices for quality, testing, deployment, and observability, and collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams in a fast-moving environment.

Lead and grow an R&D engineering team that scouts emerging AI capabilities, research-to-productionizes LLMs and agents for healthcare, own backend systems and agent infrastructure, partner cross-functionally, prioritize projects, ensure system reliability, and coach engineers to deliver platform-scale products.
