Manage complex grant compliance and contract activities for USG and multilateral-funded projects, including review/negotiation of awards and subawards, subrecipient vetting and monitoring, procurement oversight, donor regulation guidance, capacity building, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Finance, and Program teams.

Manage financial activities for donor-funded grants across the lifecycle: budget development, expenditure monitoring, donor‑compliant reporting, variance analysis, audit support, procurement oversight, and collaboration with program, legal, and compliance teams to ensure donor compliance and strong financial controls.

Leverages digital tools and dashboards to improve data management and reporting.

Lead strategy, prospecting, negotiation, and management of high-value influencer and digital partnerships to drive revenue, sponsorships, and long-term engagement. Coach other relationship managers, represent the organization publicly, and coordinate vision trips and events to deepen partner involvement.

The Product Designer III leads user experience design, collaborates with teams, ensures consistency in design language, and conducts user research while mentoring.

Lead planned giving strategy and direct fundraising for high-value donors, managing prospect cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and donor events. Oversee planned giving operations (bequest processing, marketing, donor pipelines), may manage a small team, set and administer budgets, represent the organization publicly, and travel occasionally to engage constituents and support ministry objectives.
