Serves as the bridge between FP&A, Finance Systems, IT, and other stakeholders. Supports Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial data governance, and process improvements. Translates finance requirements into system solutions, identifies data and process gaps, supports implementations and issue resolution, and builds business cases to drive stakeholder alignment and adoption.

Paid, in-person summer internship at Compassion International’s Colorado Springs headquarters. Interns may work in business support, donor relations or research, global programs, graphic design, legal, marketing, people and culture, or project management. The program includes hands-on work, professional development, mentorship, spiritual formation, and community engagement. Applicants must be Christian, meet child-protection and cultural expectations, be a college junior, senior, or recent graduate, and work full-time from May 24 through July 30, 2027.
