Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and execution of ComPsych’s API and integration products. Define API standards, security models, developer experience, and integration priorities across HRIS, payroll, benefits, leave, identity, and partner ecosystems. Manage vendors, backlogs, requirements, metrics, and cross-functional delivery while partnering with Engineering, Security, Architecture, customers, and implementation teams. Drive scalable, secure integrations, adoption, reliability, and business outcomes through experimentation, documentation, and AI-enabled process improvements.

Design and build reusable backend platform services, libraries, frameworks, integrations, and AWS infrastructure abstractions. Establish reliability, security, observability, testing, compatibility, and deployment standards for consuming teams. Direct AI-agent implementation through specifications and contracts, review generated and human code, manage incidents, and drive production adoption of shared platform capabilities.

Own the team’s quality strategy, automation architecture, test frameworks, synthetic-data safeguards, CI feedback, and non-functional testing. Design reliable testing for concurrency, asynchronous workflows, and distributed services; diagnose failures across product, automation, data, and environments; and establish AI-assisted quality practices with human oversight. Define risk-based verification, exploratory testing, PHI protections, testability requirements, and residual-risk communication while partnering with Engineering, Product, and Platform.

Own cloud security across AWS and Azure, including identity, network, application, container, data, and AI security. Build policy and infrastructure controls as code, integrate security into CI/CD, protect regulated health data, and manage detection, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and compliance. The role also develops AI security guardrails and coaches engineering teams while operating production security controls and supporting on-call responsibilities.

Own mobile product areas across architecture, implementation, testing, releases, and production operations. Set technical direction for shared mobile architecture supporting multiple branded apps, diagnose device and platform issues, and establish testing, security, privacy, accessibility, performance, and reliability practices. Partner with Product, Design, and QA, lead incident response, manage release and rollback readiness, and mentor engineers while using AI-assisted development responsibly.

Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and external productization of ComPsych’s Databricks-based data platform and API layer. Define data products, schemas, quality standards, documentation, access tiers, SLAs, and developer experiences. Partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Legal, and Security to manage sensitive behavioral health and absence data, external data-sharing agreements, and commercial opportunities. Guide API versioning, onboarding, support, and data governance while balancing technical, compliance, and customer needs.

Manages workforce forecasting, scheduling, staffing strategy, real-time adherence, service levels, and payroll operations for a global 24/7 multichannel contact center. Configures Genesys Cloud WFM/WEM, queue design, routing, and Architect flows; analyzes workforce metrics; partners with IT, HR, payroll, and operations; and leads administrative staff. The role supports a remote clinical workforce across regions and channels while improving capacity planning and operational performance.

Designs and directs development of scalable software systems using AI-assisted engineering practices. Owns architecture, APIs, data models, testing strategy, security, reliability, observability, deployment, and production operations. Decomposes work for AI agents, validates generated code and tests, leads incident response, and coaches engineers on effective AI-enabled development. Requires full-stack experience, modern server-side development, event-driven systems, cloud infrastructure, regulated-data security, and production use of agentic AI.

Lead a multi-team engineering organization responsible for delivery, technical quality, production reliability, security, privacy, and AI-native development practices. Build scalable teams and managers, establish cross-team delivery systems, partner with Product and Design, oversee observability and incident response, use engineering metrics to guide improvements, and shape hiring, leveling, and talent development.

Own frontend domains end to end, including architecture, implementation, testing, production quality, performance, accessibility, and security. Set technical direction, design reusable component systems, establish testing strategies, diagnose complex browser and production issues, and partner with Product, Design, QA, and engineering teams. Mentor engineers, review consequential changes, and use AI-first development practices while maintaining accountability for shipped software.

Leads frontend architecture strategy across products, directs design-system platform development, establishes quality, security, accessibility, performance, and testing standards, and creates tooling and guardrails for engineering teams. Sets AI-native frontend practices, improves production health, aligns Engineering, Product, Design, and QA, and develops senior engineers into broader technical ownership. The role remains hands-on for high-risk technical work while emphasizing organizational-scale technical direction.

Designs, deploys, configures, and maintains Genesys Cloud CX, IVR, ACD, and Workforce Management solutions. Troubleshoots complex incidents, supports integrations, develops test plans, manages vendors, and documents configurations. Provides end-user support for Genesys, Zoom, RightFax, and conferencing systems; manages telecommunications billing and reporting; supports change management and on-call operations. Requires strong Genesys Cloud expertise, telecom engineering experience, and occasional travel.

Own product strategy, roadmap, discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, validation, and success metrics. Use Claude and ChatGPT throughout the product lifecycle to accelerate research, requirements, prototyping, and analysis while applying sound judgment. Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and customers; lead AI adoption; and ensure accuracy, bias, and privacy safeguards for sensitive data.

Designs and owns CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, security gates, and observability across multiple application teams. Establishes shared DevSecOps standards, validates AI-generated pipelines and infrastructure, supports production operations and on-call response, and guides teams on secure, reliable software delivery. The role requires production experience with AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, containers, serverless, infrastructure as code, modern programming languages, security automation, compliance, and application monitoring.

Own full-stack features end to end, including system design, implementation direction, testing, deployment, production operations, and incident response. Use agentic AI to generate code, tests, and reviews while validating quality and security. Build production APIs, data models, authentication, schemas, migrations, and scalable SQL. Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps, and apply secure coding practices. Bonus experience includes RAG, LLM evaluation and observability, or TypeScript frontend development.
